Thanks to Kathryn at Paper Plus we were lucky enough to have a visit from world wide published New Zealand author Stacy Gregg. She is touring New Zealand at the moment promoting her new book Island of Lost Horses.
She talked about her life long love of horses, all the places she has traveled around the world and how she became an author.
Stacy also read a chapter of her new book Island of Lost Horses. It was very exciting and I know lots of the students, who were there, can't wait to read the book - luckily we have two copies of it :)
You may remember me talking about her book Princess an the Foal in May as it was a finalist in this year's New Zealand Post Book Awards for Children and Young Adults.
